We collect account details, messages you submit, order and license records, controller identifiers used for license activation, and essential technical logs needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, deliver and support drivers, process purchases, prevent fraud, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We may share required information with infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment providers acting on our behalf. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by C4Devs.

Retention and security

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups, and monitoring.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required by law.
